Meet anna stearns

I’m Anna Stearns, a local attorney and small business owner running for County Commission. I fought every step of the way as a single mom, juggling work, school, and parenting to build a better life for my family, right here in Buncombe County.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, my law office became a recovery hub, working with neighbors and small businesses to cut through red tape and fight for the help we were promised. I’m running to fight for meaningful and sustained recovery, for vibrant neighborhoods, resilient infrastructure, and policies that lay the foundation for future growth.
